For us, placing international professionals means an active, guided integration process that begins in the home country, with preparation for the new work environment. We also take care of social integration, so that a long-term future in Germany can take shape.
International professionals come to stay. That is why actively supporting their integration is essential. We place just as much importance on supporting professional integration into the labor market and the new workplace as we do on preparing for and supporting participation in society.
Social integration means a self-determined way of life, participation in society, and the opportunity to attain a certain social status. When social integration succeeds, international professionals can be successful and content over the long term, deliver stable work performance, expand their skills, and realize their career ambitions.
We have created a dedicated integration program that considers both the professional and the social integration of international professionals. Because only those who find their footing and feel at home in their new environment can unlock their full professional potential.
Our program supports professionals throughout the entire integration process — from preparation in the home country, through arrival in Germany, to sustainably settling into their professional and private lives.
So that international professionals feel confident in their new work environment, professional preparation already begins in the home country.
Qualification includes, for example, learning specific work and care techniques used in daily practice, as well as building command of the relevant technical language. The preparatory courses serve both to prepare for the recognition examination in Germany and to support faster, better professional integration.
Alongside professional integration, social integration is a core part of the program. The goal is the long-term independence of our international talent.
After arriving in Germany, how international talent feels in their new organization matters greatly. Friction in day-to-day interactions — not uncommon in professional life — can lead to dissatisfaction. That is why we place great emphasis on thoroughly preparing the managers and teams who will welcome these professionals.
To prepare your managers and teams for working with their new international colleagues, we offer workshops on intercultural communication and engagement. The workshops take place within your organization.
